Diverse Holistic Healing

“Somatic Therapy” gives us another means of healing whatever ails us. In Somatic Therapy the whole self will s considered. What you think, how you feel, and what ids do physically ailing you are examined to find a solution to your problem. So if my back hurts me periodically, what is going on around me during these times? Is there a pattern to when my back hurts? Does it hurt after an argument? When I am depressed? All is considered in Somatic Therapy. The diverse part comes in because of the holistic nature of the therapy. An interesting read for anyone suffering from chronic pain.

The best help for my PTSD

I found this audiobook when I needed it most. After the loss of my son over 20 years ago, I put off taking care of myself and began healing. I have laughed and cried more in the past few days and I feel so much more alive for it. This audiobook will help you. First, you have to be ready for healing. Once you are, grab this audiobook.
