About this listen
Are you tired of saying yes to people so often that you constantly feel burnt-out and exhausted? Do you want to know how to say no and stop bending over backward just to please everyone except yourself? Then I advise you to keep reading.
It’s never fun spending your time drowning in the shadows of others because you don’t have the heart to say no. Many people walk through their life with muffled voices and compromised needs because they give too much of themselves away to others. They sacrifice their personal freedom for a measly sense of approval, all an attempt to remain in good graces and evade conflict.
But the truth is, you can’t live your life in hiding. You can’t squander your own desires and needs forever just to please the people in your life.
In Stop People Pleasing & Be Unapologetic, you will discover:
- The most common characteristics indicative of a people-pleaser, so that you can make note of the traits that resonate with you and your experiences
- The detrimental costs of continued people-pleasing that you need to become aware of to take control of your life again
- A list of common root causes for people-pleasing behaviors, with a detailed look at parent-child relationships
- How to conquer your fear and say no to others without being rude or feeling guilty afterwards
- How to take back your power and stop apologizing, understanding when it’s appropriate to apologize, and knowing how to apologize the right way
- How to stop letting people walk all over you and saying good-bye to being a pushover forever
- Actionable tips and tricks to practice in your life to break away from people-pleasing once and for all
- And so much more value.
You've served your life for others for a long time. More than anything, you deserve to choose how you spend your time. You deserve to be bold and live unapologetically. Buy the book, and change your life.

Great Self-motivational Book
This is a great book. I was always pleasing others and always used to say yes. This book has enabled me to learn to say no where I am unable to complete a task. A great self-motivational and self-discipline book.

So many useful tips!
I can be such a pushover and this book was perfect for me. I love all the examples she includes and tips for being more unapologetic while still prioritizing relationships. I used to think that I had to jeopardize my happiness for the sake of my relationships, but this book teaches that you can have the best of both worlds. Loved it! Thanks for the great book.

This is the most insane book I've listened to
Not sorry at all. If you bend over backwards at your own expense, then you need this book. Nothing has helped me more in life than this advice. Honestly, it makes me want to scream how many years I put up with people's garbage. I wish I had this book 10 years ago.

Needed to hear this
I’m a victim in trying to please those around me but I never would take my own feelings into consideration. Savera Anbereen did an amazing job in really digging home on what I needed to hear. I need to stick up for myself and be confident with what I want to do FIRST, but anyone else. Great narration by Claire Kander
