Such a great book, have learnt so much
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Rich read this book, I learnt a lot, making notes along the way, and have also benefited from the associated website content and assessments too. I have now shared this with my team and hope to develop myself personally and professionally, as well as my teams attributes. (Current & future members)

A great book to listen to - it offers insights into the types of attributes we might have been inadvertently mistaking for skills when looking to appoint leaders, and why that hasn’t always worked out!

Not just another former Navy Seal personal development book.
I really enjoyed this book. The author shows humility and is able to describe the attributes clearly whereas other books of this type can be vague. I’d definitely recommend it.
