Finding Calm Within!

It explained how to pay attention to your body. Just today, I felt very anxious. My heart was racing. I remembered the body scan. I tried it. I focused on my breath and my body. I felt calmer. It felt good to find a way to relax. This technique is very useful.

My aunt suffered from anxiety for years. I wish she had found this book. It could have helped her find relief. It is a good resource for anyone seeking healing. The narration was gentle and soothing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good for better sleep

My wife has been struggling with sleep for a while, so I got this audiobook hoping it could help. She told me the relaxation exercises and breathing techniques made a real difference.
