Chair yoga for any adult

I learned that chair yoga is not for only seniors but for anyone who would like to strengthen their muscles, stretch, better, lose weight, and have better clarity. Chair yoga comes with a bonus addition, showing all the poses that are spoke about in the book. It was a very enjoyable book to listen to with a loving and caring voice. I suggest this book to anyone who is interested in a different former yoga or want to try it out for the first time.

Such fun

So many audiobooks about yoga can be very serious. It was refreshing that this audiobook incorporated an element of fun. Laughter is the best medicine and if you combine it with chair yoga you can exercise and have fun at the same time. There was a pdf with images of the moves. This was useful to make sure you were undertaking each pose correctly.

Chair yogo now seems easier and fun to me

I have never tried yoga, and chair yoga may be a good alternative as it seems easier. I have always wanted to do some exercise but feel too old and too lazy! After giving it a try, I believe this is the right choice of exercise for me! The book explains the why and how and led me step by step to do the pose. The narration is nice and joyful to listen to. It makes me feel that chair yoga is something easy and fun to do. I have tried a few poses but can't do them all at one time, so I will listen again and choose another pose to try. There is also a file that I can look at for some real-life pictures, which is really a bonus! Love it!
