Good for reading during covid isolation

The book features some very good and useful tools and techniques to shift your perspective. The biggest one i found was limiting my use of social media. It is very practical however does feature a slight emphasis on seeking a relationship which at times were a little too specific. It’s a pity the book is so short but sure it will be useful to pickup later and touch base on some of the exercises in the book.
