Life changing
After a bout of very severe insomnia this book gave me my life back. It works, but you have to persevere and trust, and it’s not fun or pretty to start with. But wow, it really is worth it, and it’s changed how I deal with all worrying situations so my nights and even my days are better now! Thank you Dr Guy!!

Really helpful
I got the app first but got book just so that I can easily remind myself whilst on the move. This book has been life changing for me. Great tips and soooo many aha moments, I was trying wayyyy to hard to get rid of my insomnia. Get this book, I promise it will help!!!!
