Great guidance for relaxation and stress reducing

As an office worker, I'm always looking for ways to reduce work-related stress and the aches and pains from sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. After listening to this audiobook, I found myself taking notes about what to change, things to try and methods to embrace to help my issues. Instead of just one method, the author presents so much information for people like me, and I'm going to assume you as well. Highly recommended.

Most relaxed in years

I found this audiobook to help with meditation. I have a new position at work, and my stress levels were through the roof. This audiobook is just amazing. I found the 7 steps super easy to follow and replicate. I feel so much better already, but I have no intention of being done with my daily meditations. Thank you for such an amazing book. I highly recommend it.
