About this listen
From the 'anti-guru' author of the smash hit The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F--k and the New York Times best seller Get Your Sh*t Together.
In The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F--k, our favourite 'anti-guru' Sarah Knight unleashed the power of saying no. In Get Your Sh*t Together, she prioritised the sh*t you need and want to do so you can achieve your hopes and dreams. Now she's back, doubling down on your happiness with her latest message: You Do You.
Being yourself should be the easiest thing in the world. Yet instead of leaning in to who we are, we fight it, listening too closely to what society tells us. You Do You helps you shake off those expectations, say f--k perfect, start looking out for number one and keep on with your badass self. From career and finances to relationships and family, lifestyle and health, Sarah Knight rips up the rulebook.
Writing about her mistakes and embarrassments in her own personal quest to 'do me' - because nobody gets everything right all day, every day - Sarah Knight shows why you can and should f--k up and teaches you to let yourself off the hook, bounce back and keep standing tall.

The Truth! It’s fantastic.
Would you listen to You Do You again? Why?
Yes yes and yes. It’s brilliant.
Who was your favorite character and why?
N/A
Which character – as performed by Sarah Knight – was your favourite?
I love the whole book. Brilliant. I also have the hard copy version which makes it easier when carrying out my reflection. Very thought provoking, if you are looking for that little something you feel you have lost inside yourself.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, however you can’t because you need to reflect on what is being said to truely embrace her words, if you are serious about doing you!
Any additional comments?
This is a book that you can listen to more than once. So much resonates with me as to how I am living my life, how I have experienced the LCD living Sarah discusses, however her words are kick starting my engines and taking me out of that. How did I come across the goldmine of plain words, plain talk. The title caught me. You do you - I have been searching for something to help me to do me and this is it!!!

loved it, best yet
I so loved this book, whilst get your shit together was practical, this one dealt with feeling and being judged is something I suffer from. This made me realise that it wasn't just me, that human kind have become judgemental. My favourite author by far

Fab author!! Fab book!! Highly recommended!
Sarah Knight is my favourite audiobook author!! Listened to all three now. A great listen, things are totally relatable and not took to seriously, makes listening so easy and enjoyable. Fab for beginners on a journey to find themselves or breath of fresh air those that have listened to more and looking for something a little different. Highly recommended

CONTROVERSIALLY INTETESTING
A whole lot of pick up points on how to be absolutely true to yourself. A whole lot of unconventional ideologies as well which are in my own opinion, controversial and highly debatable.
The narration is remarkable!
