It’s like chewing the fat with girlfriends over drinks!!

Love love this podcast, listening to it for the second time and I am sure some episodes I’ll always come back to, that’s how brilliant it is. Very conversational, a wonderful selection of guests, both celebrity and academic, and of course the Archetype topics themselves are interesting, informative and dare I say ‘educational’ without being preachy. The Archetypes are topical yet Meghan and the guests still manage to make the dialogues ‘friendly listening’ with injections here and there of humour, fun, exuberance and an almost camaraderie of women lifting each other up!

Highlighting things trying to drag women back! ✊🏾

There isn't a woman throughout the ages who hasn't been burdened by these shackles around our necks, trying to diminish us and subdue our power. This podcast brings these Archetypes to the fore and makes us question where they come from and the purpose for which they were brought into the vernacular.
Even though it's 2024, far too many people feel that women, even more so, women of colour, should be 50% of themselves! This is wrong!
To hear these learned women speak to these injustices was truly inspiring and thought provoking. They all spoke eloquently using historical contexts which highlighted how long these things have been going on.
I will definitely be hitting the replay button again and again in the weeks and months to come!
But not only that, I feel bolstered to call these Archetypes out wherever and whenever I see them, and maybe drop some of the knowledge I've gained from listening to all of these incredible ladies! ❤️
