    AAA Texas came out with an update on gasoline prices in the state. It says those prices are pretty stable right now. The difference seems to be in North Texas, where gasoline prices are up 21 cents in the last week. Prices are higher in Dallas-Fort Worth than any other area in the state.     This weekend, we have to deal with getting used to it getting darker earlier in the day, because it's the end of Daylight Saving Time. We talked earlier this week about how much these time switches tend to make people anxious and stressed out. There are instances of Seasonal Affective Disorder and mood swings. . More people deal with strokes and asthma issues. Congress has tried to make changes to the whole Spring Forward, Fall Back thing for years. The last time it tried, they called it the Sunshine Protection Act. On today's Ask The Expert, Dr. Thomas Gray joined us from UT-Dallas.
