    In this episode I share my three favorite calming and relaxing breath practices--that'll have feeling much more calm in under 5 minutes. You can practice them with eyes closed while sitting comfortably or you can practice them with eyes wide open while you're on the go; walking, driving, working or any where you'd like. These can be practiced in small moments each practice seperately or mix and match as you'd like. Do what feels good to you!
