I've been through some challenging times in my life, all throughout my life. Loss, danger, mental health, and more. But I was lucky - I made it out the other side. We aren't all so lucky. And why do we need to be in the first place? Because someone made such challenges present in the first place. Because a leader, or someone in a leadership position (perhaps, not a real leader at all), made it happen, or allowed it to happen. We're only human. But we're also incredible beings - human beings - who can grow into so much more than many others expect of us. So, I started this show to bring together incredible folks in my network around important conversations.
