Because a leader, or someone in a leadership position (perhaps, not a real leader at all), made it happen, or allowed it to happen. We're only human. But we're also incredible beings - human beings - who can grow into so much more than many others expect of us. So, I started this show to bring together incredible folks in my network around important conversations.
