In this episode we discover how Brandon Lincoln's mind's eye works using the Discovering Your Mind Protocol. Brandon used to think that people who could visualize were super rare. He explains how he doesn't have any senses in his mind, except he can sometimes feel the sensation of pain. However, his dreams feel like reality... he experiences all the senses, and is usually lucid as well. It's like he is experiencing a high level of hyperphantasia, but only when dreaming.

In this episode we explore whether or not people with aphantasia struggle with memory more than those who can visualize. We discuss a study that found that aphantastic folks have weaker object memories but strong spacial memories.
