In this episode me and my soul sis (who's also a psychotherapist) Rayna Epstein explore TESTS. As long-time To Be Magnetic (TBM) followers, we discuss how we personally navigate tests, what to do when the answer doesn't feel clear, why tests can be complicated when trauma is clouding our perception and how to move forwards when, frankly, we have no idea what to do.

I dive into how I unpacked the situation, what "shadows" I uncovered and what the situation revealed about my values. In this episode I talk about doing shadow work with the people who trigger us on social media. We chat about:

• Why doing shadow work allows us to reclaim more energy and gives us access to more of our innate capacities
• Social media and middle school/high school social dynamics

In this episode I talk about the experience of feeling stuck in a cyclical pattern, way of being, and recurring emotional triggers or situations. I share a few perspective shifts for re-orienting to our patterns in a way that actually fosters transformation! We talk about:
