This week I was so very blessed to sit down with Heather Glogolich, a 20 + year law enforcement professional who has been impacting and making a difference in this life everywhere she goes. Tom Rizzo introduced me to Heather, as a special person who "get's it" and since meeting her back in July I am so grateful for the introduction.

Heather and I discuss leadership, culture, and how we become a better version of ourselves. We discussed women in law enforcement and the unique challenges they face, more importantly how they overcome those challenges. One of my longer interviews, that I intentionally cut short(gotta have a part2).
