    He then recaps his race at the Roo Run in Anglesea. Julian gets a bit of continuity going while getting Roo Run organised. Brad tries to start the new year well by managing his achilles with the right shoes.

    Cam Myers is this weekend's guest as he joins Crokes for this in person interview. He has been the name on everyone’s lips the last couple of years. He was the 2nd youngest person to break the 4min mile, behind Jakob Ingebrigtsen and holds the world record for the fastest mile by a 16year old. At the age of 17 he ran 1500m in 3:33, and earlier this year, won a silver medal at the World Junior Championships.

    Jaylah Hancock-Cameron came over from NSW to triumph over Amy Robinson in 4:11.77 Hamish Donahue won the Men’s 800m A Race in 1:48.61, while Tess Kirsop-Cole won the Women’s 800m A race in 2:04.36 AthsVic Results Hub

    Jackson Sharp edges Josh Phillips in the NSW Milers Club 1500m in 3:43.70, while Fleur Cooper won the 1500m in 4:20.47 ahead of Zoe Melhuish. Danette Sheehan won the 5000m as did Ciaran Rushton. Athletics NSW Results

    Mo Katir has been handed an additional ban of four years by the Athletics Integrity Unit, for falsifying travel documents in relation to his previous ban failure from whereabouts failure. He now serves two concurrent bans, with this new ban reaching to 2028 Athletics Weekly Report

    Listener Question asks what and when the last race for a marathon build should be, then Moose sneaks in his Christmas purchases while Brady goes Loose over the vain sake of mileage.     Jack Rayner took out Zatopek:10 in his fourth title of the National 10000m Championships, winning in 28:26.12, ahead of Sam Clifford and Oliver Chignell of New Zealand, with Brett Robinson third Australian. Rose Davies outkicked Lauren Ryan at the end of a constantly changing race to win her third title in 32:21.71, with Leanne Pompeani in third place. Cameron Myers broke his own U20 national record to take out the open 3000m in 7:41.11 over Jude Thomas and Jack Anstey, while Linden Hall powered away from Abbey Caldwell to win the open 3000m in 8:43.02 with Amy Robinson in third.     Georgia Griffith took out the road mile at The Spectacle in Nelson, New Zealand with a time of 4:35 ahead of Sarah Billings and Sophie O’Sullivan. Neil Gourley of Scotland won the Men’s road mile in 4:03 ahead of Sam Tanner and Brian Fay, with Stewy McSweyn fifth in 4:06. Results

    Amy Bunnage Boston Indoor 15:00.75, an Australian Short Track Record at the Sharon Colyear-Danville meet at Boston University.
