  • Summary

  • Feeling guilty when you want to say no to something or someone? Do you worry about other people’s opinions way too much? Are you quick on agreeing to help people? Struggling with being authentic? Does conflict upset you? Do people take advantage of your kindness? Consistently putting other people’s convenience at the price of yours? Do you feel burnt out? People pleasing is suppression of authenticity and my mission is to support women with breaking FREE from their people pleasing reactive thought patterns by re-wiring their thoughts at a neurological level, so that they can OWN their authenticity and OWN their voice. So many people are talking about thinking positively, managing your mind, manifesting your dreams and there is an OVERWHELM of practical how to’s, exercises and tools out there for you to use! Sometimes it can become robotic and then we find ourselves stuck in doing all of the things but not truly feeling tuned in or experiencing the results we want. Welcome to Intelligently Emotional, where we’ll be discussing what goes on behind the scenes of your emotional mind from a neurological level. Yeah, what is going on inside of your head? We’ll dive deep into how emotional intelligence correlates with spirituality. We’ll explore NLP and SEL techniques that you can practice daily in order to begin re-framing those limiting reactive people pleasing thoughts. So women like us everywhere can truly own and value our voices! The fight between IQ and EQ is over, it’s time to celebrate being intelligently emotional.

  • How can self-discipline equate to self-love?
    Mar 26 2023
Self-discipline can be seen as a form of self-love because it involves making choices and taking actions that prioritize long-term well-being over short-term pleasure or convenience. When we exercise self-discipline, we are acting out of a sense of care and respect for ourselves, recognizing that the choices we make today will have an impact on our future selves. By setting goals, creating routines, and sticking to healthy habits, we are showing ourselves that we value our health, happiness, and overall success. Self-discipline is a way of taking responsibility for our own lives and nurturing our own growth and development, which ultimately leads to a greater sense of self-worth and self-love.

  • Do you desire growth or instant gratification?
    Mar 12 2023

Developing a growth mindset encourages us to focus on progress and continuous improvement rather than comparing themselves to others or a fixed standard. With a growth mindset, individuals embrace challenges and setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth, while the gap mentality can lead to feelings of inadequacy and discouragement. By adopting a growth mindset, we can build resilience, develop new skills, and achieve their goals with a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment.
