The Utica Comets have fired head coach Kevin Dineen after an 0-8-0-1 start to the season. Ryan Parent was named interim head coach. The Comets have regressed the past couple of seasons, but it's not entirely their fault. The New Jersey Devils are set to play the Montreal Canadiens. Jeremy Brodeur, the son of New Jersey Devils legend Martin Brodeur, accompanied me on today's episode. He is currently playing for the Adirondack Thunder in the ECHL. The New Jersey Devils completed their Western Canada trip with another shutout. They blanked the Edmonton Oilers 3-0. Despite not having Connor McDavid, the Oilers were still aggressive and played with tremendous speed. Luckily, the Devils the took advantage of their golden opportunities.
