They have SUPER similar paths of both going to school to be Health & PE Teachers & Personal Trainers. Joelle also has s history of disordered eating patterns, over-exercising at a younger age, & a most recent PCOS diagnosis that led to a knowledgeable journey to finally becoming Pregnant!

We chat all things about Joelle's Journey to becoming a successful Online Personal Trainer and Owner of Level TEN Training.

In part two we will talk myths about working out while pregnant, Joelle's relationship with her body during this time, & also the long journey of finding hormone health & harmony to ultimately get pregnant after being diagnosed with PCOS.
