Andy comes off back to back Half Marathons in Amsterdam and Valencia and is thrown into full on Marathon training as is only 4 weeks out from the Valencia Marathon and the Boys talk in depth of the joys of training as a group towards a collective goal and why doing it together just makes everything that little bit easier.
