Just Rich and Andy this week having another great catch up talking all things Dryy and Running - They never seem to struggle to fill a conversation discussing the trials of tribulations of living an Alcohol Free Running life. Andy comes off back to back Half Marathons in Amsterdam and Valencia and is thrown into full on Marathon training as is only 4 weeks out from the Valencia Marathon and the Boys talk in depth of the joys of training as a group towards a collective goal and why doing it together just makes everything that little bit easier.
