In this episode we will explain their similarities, their differences, some statistics, and our opinions of each. We also talk about what it means to not have anyone attend your birth, AKA free birth or DIY birth.

Now that we’ve covered our birth stories we’re going to dig into pregnancy and parenting, the core of our show!

First, we talk about last week’s messes: potty training, being sleep deprived with a newborn, and realizing that we need to shift some more focus back onto our relationship instead of solely on being parents. Afterwards, we cover gestational diabetes: What is gestational diabetes? What options do you have regarding being tested for GD? What is it like to manage GD?
