• Having a Love/Hate Relationship with Fitness
    Aug 16 2024

    Welcome back, friends.

This is my first-ever solo episode.

It's about my relationship with exercise from its inception.

How, even as a coach, I've struggled with a love/hate dynamic with the craft I've dedicated my career too.

From losing 60lbs at age 13, to battling binge-eating for years, to eventually finding a semblance of balance.

If you've struggled with your relationship with your body image, relationship with food or exercise, you'll enjoy this one.
