    This episode takes a slightly different approach, which I'm calling the "Call Out Corner"—a space where I share my moments of pause amidst the overwhelm and chaos of life.

    Just two days ago, I experienced one of those whirlwind moments and felt the emotional weight of missing my mom. In that stillness, I heard my intuition gently whispering how proud my mom was of me and that I had everything I needed within.

    It was a raw, unfiltered moment—a reminder of the importance of giving myself the grace to embrace all parts of my life, especially the vulnerable ones.

    I encourage you to do the same: instead of pushing those feelings away, pause, breathe deeply, exhale, and truly allow yourself to feel those emotions.
