Al empezar su vida pública, durante los retiros de meditación vivenciales, Osho –que en aquel momento era profesor de filosofía en la universidad de Jabalpur– introducía a la gente a una nueva y particular forma de entender la meditación. Man has come of age, and does not need old, superstitious religions which are not relevant to contemporary people anymore. Yet, religious establishments try everything to revive and keep these religions alive on artificial life support—we see fundamentalist movements reborn all over the world. Osho has a unique view – supporting science, specifically genetic science – but as a conscious science.
