Ex-Marine Special Ops John Silver gets accepted into a secret agent school. The book begins where part one left off, locked in a room, performing for the agency with the female candidate. He is then shown to his room, where a mysterious computer simulation takes him into a world that feels real, where whatever he thinks can sometimes happen. Guided by S, the program in the computer, he encounters the artificial intelligence people who live inside this computer world.
