It’s Stormer the Rhino’s birthday and his friend, Clucky on the farm, has sent him a gift of eggs. The eggs seem to be a gift that Stormer can never enjoy, as he and his friends find it difficult to crack and eat them, and even knock out Robby the monkey in the process! They eventually find a most unconventional way to open the eggs, but succeed and can share the eggs that are left. This story teaches children about a unique aspect of Komodo dragons and also teaches children about teamwork and persistence.

Why Cry? is a children's book that was written as much for children as it was for adults. Often, we see and hear of things children do because of their innocence and the simple way that they see life. These things often teach, remind, and sometimes even inspire us as adults to look at the way we are living our lives so we can change and enjoy life more. A young boy, who thinks his mother is crying, tells her about all the beautiful reasons in the world why she should not cry. His mother, we realize later, is not crying, but cutting onions!

The friends are back in this book. In the second Junglies series, it seems that a very hungry and dangerous visitor has arrived in the jungle. Raff sees the visitor first immediately before he finds Abbit's fur, and he comes to the conclusion that the visitor has eaten Abbit the Rabbit! Raff races to warn the friends about the hungry visitor, but will he make it in time, or is he next on the visitor's menu? This story teaches children about molting and shedding in animals and can be used to introduce children to the topics of endangered species and unity in diversity.

The Junglies take a train ride to the beach with their friend Jungle Man. As usual, there is never a dull moment with the Junglies, and soon the train is out of control on a one-way track to disaster! Each Junglies story introduces children to the topic of endangered species, as each species of animal represented by a character has at least one subspecies which is endangered. The theme of unity in diversity is also introduced to children, as the animals are best friends despite being different.

The Junglies find a deserted castle while they wander through the jungle, but they do not want to wait for Jungle Man to arrive before they start. They soon find themselves being haunted! But who is doing the haunting? This story teaches young listeners that they should always seek the advice of an adult before doing something dangerous. This is a good story for Halloween. The Junglies stories are also great for introducing children to the topics of endangered species and unity in diversity.

Jungle Man teaches the friends about how they can blend in with their surroundings, so they can prevent being caught by other animals or poachers. When he has finished teaching the friends, they play hide and seek to see how well they have understood what Jungle Man has taught them. Which one of the Junglies will apply what he has learned the best?

In this story, Kiki the monkey finds an object in the jungle. He does not know what it is, so he picks it up and starts making his way to Jungle Man, who will be able to tell him what it is. On the way, he has an accident and gets his head stuck in the object. He runs through the jungle trying to find help, but his friends don't recognize him, and think he is a monster.

A Bear in There is the story many children live every night. It is about children's fear of the dark and the monsters they imagine come out of hiding as soon as the lights go out. A Bear in There is intended to show children that they have nothing to fear and that the toys they sometimes think become scary after dark, aren't really scary.
