Great tips and tricks

As someone with extreme ADHD, I found that there are many different ways to simplify daily tasks. If you are a parent with an ADHD child, there was a section that would be beneficial to listen to. There are many other parts of the book for different specific habits to help you stay on track with cleaning up and working as well.
