Great for parents of pre-teens!

I really enjoyed listening to this book! The author did a lot of research on childhood behavior. The games and skills he discusses in the book are an essential skill that all parents should teach their children. This is a great book for the holidays and family game night. The narrator did a great job as well!

I think listening to this book helped me become more mindful, as well! It is easy to listen to, and packed full of great activities and games that kids will love, and will teach them to be more mindful and present in the moment. I also loved the 50 compliments to help children show their appreciation of others. I highly recommend this book for anyone with children. Fresh ideas!

The games proposed in this audiobook are simple, yet highly effective. As a primary school teacher, I was curious to dive into this short listen and find out if I would be able to transfer some of these games a classroom setting. I was not disappointed! If you're looking for some quick, simple and fresh ideas for the development of mindfulness through social activities, this one is great.

Learning with Games and Exercises

I really like that these are games the children can play while secretly learning! This is geared towards smaller children. Some of the activities are contained and not strenuous, so they can be done inside (which is great for rainy days). The narrator is low energy and moves at a great pace - it gave me enough time to visualize the activities as she spoke.

Insightful guide!

The book stresses the extraordinary force of social play, especially group games, as a critical road for kids to master fundamental abilities. By empowering children to lead, support, share, alternate, and regard their partners, it establishes a climate ready for social turn of events.

The thing I like about this book that it presents a convincing defense for how these intelligent games act as a scaffold, interfacing youngsters with their friends while bestowing pivotal interactive abilities.

It is a priceless asset for guardians and parental figures, offering commonsense experiences into outfitting the capability of social games to cultivate careful, socially adroit youngsters.
