This is the way to go

I have been trying in vain to get my inflammation under control. Everything that I am learning about that will help my PCOS is covered in this book; From sleep and self-care to balanced diets and strength training. I appreciate the amount of quality information in the book. There are the main components that are covered but also the depth of information and suggestions is astounding. I would recommend it to any woman over 40 or in perimenopause because no one should have to suffer.

The IBS buster
