Informative bundle

This 2 in 1 book has lots of information which makes it the perfect guide for any woman!

It is the first time I hear about vagus nerve so it is interesting to understand it is connected to our gut health, nervous system and the impact of being active. I really enjoyed the chapter on food and weight management. Given it is a common problem among women going through menopause, it is interesting to learn what impact the type of food we eat can have on our health.

The second book focuses on the mind and the power of motivation, gratitude and mediation. It has exercise and promote to help you put different concepts into practice
