Constantly enlightening

Everytime a chapter exceeded my expectations it was matched by the next one. This covers every area of my life I have questioned recently and not only gave me a new perspective but answered the questions that perspective raised and provided techniques to overcome such. I recommend this book to any and everyone but like the title says it should be when you are ready to truly heal. I’ll never not recommend this.

Very powerful

I thought this was such a powerful listen. Lots of revelatory moments. Tears were she'd about the self-correcting and there were light-bulb moments throughout. Highly recommended and I will listen to it again to help me move forward.
