If you're anything like me, you have found yourself, more often than not, hopping on socials just to become angry, jealous, or depressed upon seeing somebody else's highlight reel.

Jealousy comes up a LOT for me, which is why I try to avoid social media in the first place, but today I'm taking a different approach, giving it some thought, and REFRAMING how I think and feel when I see someone else doing great things in my feed.

Life is supposed to be a celebration of each others' achievements, and today I am showing my exact thought process to quickly get out of jealousy and into JOY!
