That was the trade-off. He was no longer a Null, the lowest of the low, and was climbing the ranks with such speed and skill that he even dared dream of one day becoming one of the Five, the secretive leaders of their deadly order. And with his new mentor’s guidance, he could very well reach his lofty goal.

The Adventures continue!!
Truely wonderful continuation of the story , as always deeply immersive with a good dash of humour, stories to rival anything Mr Lucas or spielberg, hopefully we can have movies of these stories some day 10/10

Fantastic origins story.
Well written, well performed. If you've listened to the previous book, then this is just as you'd expect. Roll on books 3 and 4.

Even Greater Adventures (Predicaments) for Bawb
Storytelling doesn’t get much better than this.
Scott has excelled once again at bringing to life the hardships and challenges of being in a school for interplanetary assassins.
Another fantastic listen, prompting me to drive a little slower so that I can get to the end of each chapter!
