Very helpful

I’ve just discovered that I am Highly Sensitive and these podcasts are invaluable. Each episode is practical and informative about overstimulation and what factors to manage. But most of all the recognition and validation that these episodes provide is such a relief and very healing. This series is now part of my down time ritual!
